Despite vascular consultation and lack of tourniquet use during TKA
in this patient with peripheral vascular disease and previous peripheral bypass
surgery, thrombosis occurred in a vascular graft. Limb blood flow was adequate
immediately after surgery but deteriorated over the next 18 hours.
