Arterial Occlusion of Vascular Graft After Total Knee Arthroplasty Performed Without Tourniquet

Despite vascular consultation and lack of tourniquet use during TKA in this patient with peripheral vascular disease and previous peripheral bypass surgery, thrombosis occurred in a vascular graft. Limb blood flow was adequate immediately after surgery but deteriorated over the next 18 hours.
